3 Reasons Why You Should Stop Training Like a Robot

Being the hardest worker in the room requires 
intense discipline, 
intense training,

that’s the best way to get the worst results.

And here are the reasons:

  1. You’re not allowing your body to recover.

    If you’re training every day, you’re not really getting gains.

    You’re getting exhausted.

  2. Training isn’t where your body changes.

    Over-focusing on training is the reason why you’re stuck.

    You need a structured program to make sure the stimulus of your training matches the overload your well-conditioned body now needs to induce change.

  3. Recovery. You need rest.

    If you’re training hard, you need 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night in bed.

    What happens if your sleep is less than 8 hours?

    Your movement patterns don’t improve,
    Your performance declines,
    And you might still get stronger but you will get stronger much more slowly.

Now, this can be hard if you are a high performer with high standards and taking quality rest is almost impossible.

But the good news is that -

You don’t even need to figure this out on your own.
