4 Nutrition Rules from a WBFF Pro Champion

Nutrition can feel confusing…

Mostly because there’s a lot of really smart people online talking about different tactics, techniques and ideas you can use in specific situations.

But what if you aren’t in that situation? 
Should you be taking that advice?

There is a baseline formula that we recommend over and over again to all of our girls.

The principles of nutrition that lead to the biggest improvements in health and your physique.

  1. Eat the right amount of calories.

    Ideally between 1800 - 2400 calories if you are training 3-5x a week.

    Sadly though, around 50% of the girls I work with were undereating significantly before we met.

    Training so hard yet only eating 1400 calories a day (Yep, 1400 calories is low!)

    So they ended up getting stuck in their body composition, getting more fatigued and sluggish, because the calories that they burned were way more than the calories they consumed.

    It’s like trying to keep your car running for extra miles even when it barely has fuel.
  1. Hit your protein

    …for muscle recovery and growth. Then…
  1. Hit the right fat split

    …for optimal performance.

    Also, don’t forget to…
  1. Eat a wide variety of vegetables.

    Eat the rainbow. 🌈

    Because nutrition after all, is all about balance. That’s how it works.

Getting the physique you want is a journey:

It takes time.
It takes hard work.

You know that well already.

But here’s another thing you must be missing:

To get to the physique you want, you need to understand the process.
