At home killer workout for anyone to do if they can’t make it to the or on holidays!
Just remember the gym is king because progressive overload can be executed. This is just your back up.
Can be done outside or inside!
This circuit took me a whopping 8 minutes to do.
So if you do 3-4 of them with a 2-3 min rest between the rounds that’s a damn good workout. All you need is yourself and some booty bands and one big band for upper body work
20 x squat pumps
20 x bear crawls
20 x lateral shuffles
20 x seated banded row
12 x push up rotation
24 x banded walking lunges forwards and back
20 x banded lateral steps
24 x banded walking lunges
20 x banded lateral steps
20 x reverse hip extension (feet elevated)
20 x prone bridge
20 x double banded good morning
20 x banded hip thrust
20 x floor hip thrust
20 x sitting upright butterflies
20 x sitting back butterflies
Then into shoulder sequence
20 x straight arm external rotation
20 x Superman palms down
20 x Superman palms out
20 x Superman hands in front
60 x mountain climbers
And that’s how you do a damn good at home workout!
