All diets work.

What happens to your diet when LIFE happens to you?

You just can’t say, “Well, as long as I have the willpower, whatever happens, I should stick to my diet.”

But it rarely works, because you’re not a robot.
And it’s not about having a strong willpower or a lack thereof either.

At the end of the day, you eat food for energy.

You need energy to move, to train, to perform at a high level, to get the physique that you want.

Almost every girl we speak to wants to be energetic and vibrant.
To achieve that - you need to be consuming energy, not depriving yourself of it.
