Are You Afraid To NOT Be Dieting?

You fear that there is only one option if you're not on a diet.

You will blow out, all the hard work that you have put in will be lost
and all of your progress will disappear.

So you keep eking it out, staying on a diet for month and months.

But the longer you diet the more likely you are to overshoot.
You burn up too much lean tissue
You mess up your hormones
and the chances of you rebounding are much greater.

Rebounding: Eating your body weight in cheese or chocolate or lollies or whatever it is that you like to order eat when it all gets a bit too much.

You need long periods not being on a diet. 

That doesn’t mean period of losing the plot.

It means eating in a calorie surplus and training to develop muscle, strength and skill. 

It’s actually a time where you can make awesome gains in your training, eat food that you like and have an awesome physique.

This is not a “bulk”.

The “bulk and cut” idea is a really poor mindset to get yourself into it matches exactly the binge and restrict mindset but just uses different words to describe the same process. 

You will not have long-term sustained results unless you have periods of the year where you are in a calorie surplus and where you are not “dieting”

I know that it can be pretty hard to cut through your doubts and fears around all of this and that's what I do for my girls in THE Sports Model Project.

I assess their results, their goals and I help to cut through all the head junk they are carrying around so that they can have the body they want, enjoy their training and more importantly enjoy their life.
