Many people underestimate the work, discipline and commitment it takes.
Including people who see themselves as the hardest worker in the room 😉
We are absolutely certain that
you are smashing yourself in the gym.
But just smashing it in the gym
doesn’t give you elite body composition.
Or you’d have it already, right?
So that’s a clue for you,
if you’re clever enough to see it.
Because World Champions

are killing it in the gym…
But that’s not all they’re doing.
The work, discipline and commitment involved in creating elite body composition does include training…
But you also need to apply your standards to:
Nutrition.
Rest.
Play.
Sleep.
Mindset.
And training.
All of it,
the whole picture.
And can you honestly look at what you’re doing right now and say that you’re applying the work, discipline and commitment to ALL of the areas required?
Work, discipline and commitment on nutrition
isn’t just about eating broccoli and chicken.
And girl….
The way you apply work, discipline and commitment to your training isn’t optimal either.
You’re “doing everything”,
but systemically, are you doing the critical parts you need to get to your goal?
Probably not.
The reason we “know” is because every day we show girls where all their work, discipline and commitment is misdirected…
And what they need to do instead.
So I guess the question you’ve got to ask yourself is -
Do you want to keep “doing everything” that doesn’t actually get you results?
Because what if the reason you’re hitting a limit is NOT about your work ethic.
What if you’ve got the hardest worker in the room part down.
What if you’re just missing some small distinctions that would make all the difference.
