A lot of women we have interacted with at SMP expect things to happen quickly.
There is a pandemic of people setting their sights too high and their time frames too short.
So they reach out with the goal:
“I want to be a sports model!”
“I’ll start training with you 12 weeks before the competition.”
And if you ask me:
Is that possible?
For most, the answer is no.
Because won’t get what you’re looking for.
In fact, heaps of these women have badly wanted
to finally get on stage for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years…
Some even have wanted it their whole life.
But still, they’re not able to get to where they want to be.
It’s not that they don’t work hard enough.

to get on stage,

You just can’t compare yourself to the girl you see on Instagram
who just needs to do a cut.

Almost nothing that is worth doing or is difficult gets done in just weeks.
You might see others prep in weeks and get on stage and do it perfectly.
But that’s because:
1) They have been practising in that area consistently for years.
2) They have a structured process and they stick to it religiously.
3) They work with a community of like-minded women all working towards excellence, AND
4) They learn from the best.
And it takes time to build out those habits.
Everyone has a different starting point.
