Hundreds of women reach out to us in SMP every week.
And almost all of them share the same problem:
Training hard for years…
A lot of them are even coaches and trainers…
And yet, they still haven’t achieved their ultimate physique.
And it’s especially hard for those
working in the fitness industry.
Everyone knows the term Progressive Overload.
But no one’s applying it in a systematic way,
which is the only way progressive overload works.
So we check and ask them:
“Are you using a training program?”
And they say,
“Oh, yeah, I kind of have a program.”
“Cool. But are you using the training program itself and writing it in a way the sets, the tempo, the time are set out systematically?
Are you keeping those variables changing?”
And the answer is, in most cases, NO.
(Especially if you think you’re advanced and you don’t need it?
It only means you ACTUALLY need it.)
So we ask them once again:
“Do you know the difference between progressive overload
for hypertrophy and strength training?”
Guess what?
They don’t know the answer.
So what about you?
Do you know the answer?
What do you think is the difference between progressive overload
for hypertrophy and strength training?
If you can answer that:
You got a prize,
which is an amazing physique.
But if not and you’re willing to get some help with that?
Or if you want to take yourself further to the next level?
