You’re doing everything right…
You train religiously.
You never miss any of your training sessions.
Nothing is really happening.
"Maybe I need to mix up my training."
"Maybe I just don't train hard enough."
"Am I not disciplined enough?"
So you push a little more.
Just a little more this time.
That part that screams inside out loud saying:
"I AM NOT A QUITTER!"
Of course, you won’t.
But let’s be honest:
After everything that you’ve done,
Putting in a mountain of work,
It’s now starting to feel like you are wasting your time, isn’t it?
And that hurts…
You have a vision for yourself. 🙂
How you will be,
What you will be,
Where you will be,
WHO you will be...
It’s the BIG vision that you have been craving for all these years.
But you don't feel like you are – just YET.
So where did you go wrong?
It could be any of these areas:
These are the cornerstones of personal mastery.
And unless you’re diligently working on each of these
Of course you’re not seeing transformation.
So what have these got to do with you creating transformation physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally?
Each of these are a part of the foundation you have to build to be successful.
Doing so will lead you to:
→ Get the body that you want,
→ Have a good relationship with your mind,
→ Eat the food that you like,
→ Have more time for yourself and your family and friends,
→ Finally be your vision and live your spirit.
(Which is everything you will learn in SMP.)
Maybe it’s time to get help…
