Don’t Use Performance Enhancing Drugs To Get Over Junk Training. Stop Going To Failure, Stop Using Overload Techniques

So many women we meet are just doing junk training.
And for them, it feels good. Which is the crazy thing about this junk.

They feel sore, they get sweaty.

They have the feeling of exercising hard every time they are in the gym. 
They believe this would get them results.

But so often these women who have trained hard for years and got really great physiques…
