Being in integrity is a fine balance.
On one hand, you've got the honour of saying you'll do something.
"I will track my food"
And on the other, you've got the work of taking that action.
Consistently, over time,
until you get the result.
It's not just about making a commitment -
it's about seeing it through.
And that can be tough,
Especially when you're not sure how to approach it,
or you've had a really challenging thing happen in your life.
But if you're serious about your health and fitness goals, being in integrity with the things you know you should be doing is non-negotiable.
It's what separates the people
who achieve their goals
from those who don't.
So ask yourself -
Are you someone who keeps their word?
Or do you let yourself off the hook too easily?
Because here's the thing -
Only you know if you're honouring your decisions.
Only you can hold yourself accountable.
So be honest with yourself - take a moment while you're reading this.
Are you using the resources in front of you?
Are you being honest with yourself and addressing your patterns?
Do you want to be resourceful
or make excuses because they sound good?
The choice is yours.
And it's a decision you make every single day.
That's the truly beautiful thing about integrity.
It's not a train track that you "fall off".
You get to decide that you're in integrity at any given moment.
Like right now.
It doesn't matter what you did yesterday.
All that matters is what you're doing today.
That's what we help our girls do at SMP.
Being one of our girls at SMP is about having conversations about what's going on in your life, that's leading you to make decisions that don't align with your vision or your spirit.
But most importantly,
how to deal with life and it's many challenges,
while staying in integrity with your goals
around your health and fitness.
So ask yourself -
Are you going to be someone who keeps their word?
Are you going to do the work, even when it's hard?
Because SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room.
Our process works if you do 🙂
Love and light,
