How Do You Balance Being A High Achiever And Loving Yourself?

​One of the things we notice a lot of our sisters have in the Sports Model Project?

It’s this high achiever part.

A part of them holds themselves
to really high standards.

This high-achieving part is a real go-getter.

And we absolutely love those parts th egg are so welcome in SMP.

Those parts are what start the journey.
Those parts are what set high goals.
They reflect on what could have been done better.

And they’re always looking for more.

They hold us to a high standard.
They are great.

But if they are not balanced with compassion?

They can be really hard parts to deal with.

They can be really overwhelming sometimes and that can make it hard to continue along the journey.

Because the journey is long and is often littered with lots of little failures, with lots of mistakes.

If we don’t know how to be compassionate for ourselves?

Then that high-achieving part can be really hard on ourselves

When we make mistakes.
When we don’t quite live up to our standards…
Then?

It can be really hard to continue the journey.

That is why in the Sports Model Project,
we celebrate the high achiever parts.

We want to reward them with a process that leads you to greatness.

BUT we also want to balance those high achiever parts with a sense of compassion.

We want to balance those high achiever with self-love.
