How Much Body Fat Should I Be Losing?

There are so many girls on IG that are in really great condition.

Unfortunately there are allot of really unhealthy ways to get lean and to project the image of having elite body composition.

Like do a really extreme, low calorie diet, take a heap of photos and then only post those....

While normalising binging later.

Super low calories and performance enhancing drugs are really common in this industry. 

But there is a better way. (We can teach you)

Which is nice.....

But super lean girls are everywhere on your social media.

So, It’s really hard to know right?

How much body fat should you be losing?

Are you doing the right thing?

Are you just spinning your wheels?
