Heaps of girls wonder how I stay lean all year round.
“Maybe it’s clean eating!”
“You must always be in a deficit! Aren’t you?”
“You must do crazy cardio workouts right?”
And the answer is -
None of the above.
Though I used to think that way as well.
Many women get themselves into this cycle, where they burn so much that there’s nothing left over for their body to function on.
You might catch yourself depriving your body of the food that you want, labelling it as a bad food, having “cheat meals”...
I’m sad to say, this is normal for the industry.
But it doesn’t have to be normal for you.
I don’t live like that and I don’t have to
to have elite body composition…
And neither do you.
So, how can YOU achieve AND maintain elite body composition?
It’s not some big bang answer really…
And I’ll say it straight away…
And actually seeing food as a fuel (not an enemy!).
A fuel for you to move with great energy and grace,
To perform at a high-level constantly,
To think clearly and get stronger in mind and body.
You need food to live.
And I’m saying that as someone who has gone from having an ED to becoming a WBFF World Champion.
Right now, I don’t think about burning calories anymore.
I don’t eat “clean.”
I don’t eat “healthy.”
I eat FOOD.
And that’s how I’m able to:
not only stay lean,
but also vibrant, all year round.
