SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room.
You will have heard us say this lots -
and it's true.
The only people who will succeed in our program are those who are determined enough to put forward their best effort.
Even the hardest workers go through struggles,
and one of the biggest ones we've been seeing is consistency.
Consistency is the key to success.
You won't achieve your vision by doing sporadic workouts every now and then,
or meal prepping some weeks but not others
Changing your program every week based on what you see online
It has to be sustainable and ongoing.
However, with all the chaos and changes in our lives over the past couple of years, even the professionals are struggling to be consistent.
Think about it,
We've all gone through lockdown,
There have been times where we weren't able to go to the gym,
or even to work.
There are many of us that have gotten sick,
throwing us off track and seemingly sending our progress backwards.
The world we knew has been turned on its head and in the process, so have we.
So, it's no wonder a lot of us are struggling to get back to our previous form.
But there is a way to do just that,
in spite of all the things we’ve dealt with over the past few years.
And it’s by surrounding yourself with people who play at a really high standard,
And support you to come back and play at that level.
That’s what SMP is all about.
I know some of you may feel like you've let it slip away -
that's totally normal.
But I'm here to remind you…
Everything you have done still counts.
Every rep, every set, every skill you had developed is still there, recorded in your nervous system, patiently waiting for you to re-awaken the beast.
So let this message be a call…
A call to come back home.
Come back to your practice.
Come back to your training.
It's time to re-awaken the beast.
