Girls come to SMP with different starting points.
Different kinds of baggage to carry.
Different levels of skills.
But all are working towards excellence.
All devoted to the process.

Some aim for achieving and maintaining elite body composition.
Others want to compete or get into photoshoots.
But all want to get the best shape of their life: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
And they thought it was just a matter of understanding nutrition and training that would get them to success.
They ended up getting lifelong results, lifelong progress, lifelong transformation, lifelong self-mastery.

“Before I was with SMP, I always loved training, exercising.
What I thought was nutrition, but I didn’t really have proper direction.
I was doing a lot of training – a different style of training.
I do at least 2 classes at the gym everyday, not eating very much food.
Just wanted to be skinny and toned,
but not properly understanding how to get there.
I always used to see Hattie at some of the competitions.
And I got interested in Hattie’s approach to things so I just applied

So just from there, I loved it.
I’m always learning –

I love having routine and structure in my day and in my week.

And that is why you’re able to sustain it over a long period of time.
For me now, it’s just a part of my life.”
