Yes It takes a long time, plus I fasted on the way over, so yes, I’m hungry and a little tired. I am in Arizona to spend a week with Brett Contreras. Brett is the person that revolutionised the way we all train our glutes. If you have done a hip thruster at the gym or frog pumps or used bands to really burn out your glutes chances are you or your coach got the idea from Brett. So this week I’ll be hanging out training with him, shooting some video and creating super awesome info you can use in your training and preparation.
Brett has also taken the next step and really spread that knowledge to the fitness industry and the world at large via his blog and podcast.

That’s not a combination that you regularly find in the fitness industry: someone who starts with science is guided by what comes up in his practical implementation and then is prepared to share those insights with the rest of the world. Best of all Brett has not set himself up as a fake guru but rather someone who is prepared to create and test a hypothesis and be proven wrong or right depending on the data.
