When it comes to getting your diet right… people often think you need to be strict. That you need to keep on top of absolutely everything. That everything needs to be counted and under control.
We all know, and have experienced the fact that you can’t out train your diet - it’s no wonder we spend a lot of time focussed in this area.
Recently, I geeked out with Sohee Lee from Soheefit about how we can and improve or habits and behaviours and eat “good enough” to hit our goals.
The timing is perfect given we've just hit Easter and a lot of people struggle with diet during this time of year.
Sohee has a TON of qualifications, including a bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.
She’s a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA-CSCS), a certified sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) and to round it all out, an IFPA Bikini Pro.
In other words, she knows her stuff. She’s got formal qualifications coming out of her ears, and she’s doing her masters in the psychology of eating behaviour.
What this ultimately means for you, is that what we talk about is not JUST her experience, it’s also backed by what’s current in the food AND psychology space when it comes to eating and behavioural change.
Given we’ve both had a history of eating disorders and difficulties with our relationship to food - I think it’s super valuable to hear from Sohee about how she approaches her food and nutrition.
This is a long and detailed interview…. it goes for a full hour with a TON of takeaways. When you watch it you will learn:
