Short answer: Yes!
First, you need to develop a new relationship with yourself.
Because the way you think and behave right now is actually stopping you from getting to the next level. And the next level.
And the next level.
There are parts in you that like to say things -
"I'm not good enough"
"I don't work hard enough"
"I'm behind the others"
These parts have gotten you to where you are now,
But they are really heavy to carry and live your life by.
In fact, the feeling of hearing those words inside yourself is the ceiling you keep feeling yourself run into.
(You know the ceiling I’m talking about)
Elite performers - ones who have transformed themselves win competitions or developed mastery in a skill set,
Winners, masters got to where they are by mastering something else entirely…
To go even further as a high achiever?
We need to work with all of our parts.
And give more air time to the voice of a different part -
One that tells you when to work hard, but also when to rest, and when to seek out help from people that have the knowledge to take you further than you can take yourself.
I had to listen to these voices.
In order to develop a new relationship with myself,
I had to find my confidence,
devote time to bettering myself,
and believe in my abilities.
It wasn't easy,
but it was worth it.
It made me capable of pursuing my dreams and goals with a level of focus, dedication, and commitment that I never thought possible.
And I know that if you do the same, you will be able to rise to even greater heights as a high achiever - one who is driven by an unstoppable self-belief and fearlessness in the face of adversity.
This is what we are about at SMP - cultivating healthy, loving relationships with ourselves so we can strive further than we ever thought possible.
So, if you're ready to take it to the next level,
and you're willing to be the hardest worker in the room…
Love and light,
