…which is good because most of the stuff they have been doing
around training and nutrition hasn’t worked.

The crazy part?
They end up having more energy, enjoying elite-level performance, and having wonderful relationships with their family, friends, lover, and most importantly, themselves…
In the body and mind that they want.
But of course, before they got to SMP,
They were already working hard.
But they weren’t working smart.
