And so you train, train (and you train), but…
Nothing seems to be working.

You’ll know it’s a mindset issue
when you’ve got all the resources and tools you need.
But you expect to make progress in a linear fashion and get results fast…
Or you feel like failing when you don’t hit your macros perfectly
and train 6-7 days a week….
And you don’t recognise your progress if it’s small or gradual…
Then that’s a mindset issue.
How do you know when it's a discipline issue?
It’s when you know what needs to be done, and what it takes to get the job done.
But you end up not doing it.
