How do you step into the vision you have for yourself?
When you break it down into steps, it looks quite simple:
Train hard.
Know your nutrition.
Practice, practice (and practice).
Get on the stage.
Learn from your failures.
These are the steps I take as an elite level athlete.
Yet…
The last step often seems to be overlooked,
and I would argue that step is the most important.
Yes, you need to win when you can,
and you can't do that without proper training and nutrition,
but it’s learning from your failures
that will help carry you further and make you better.
In order to step into your vision,
You have to be able to take failure and learn from it.
You have to not only be able to analyze what went wrong and figure out how to fix it, but you need to be capable of allowing your mistakes, your losses, and your failures to make you stronger.
Our girls don’t give up when things don’t go their way.
Thye learn, they get better.
That’s the process.
And that’s something we see a lot of girls grapple with.
Because our process of transformation and self-mastery doesn’t just include achieving your goals, it includes failure too.
It’s a necessary part of the process.
And part of your work in your life is going to be accepting that and being grateful for those failures.
That’s why we call it failing forward.
Because you move through failure to the next step,
And the next step,
And the next step…
Until you become the World Champion.
Or a @wbff pro.
Or the vision your see in your head.
Simple in theory. Implementing is a bit more tricky.
Do you want some help with that?
This is what we teach in the Sports Model Project.
You will learn to embrace your failures as part of your journey.
You will learn to fail forward gracefully.
Until you become your vision.
So, if you're ready to start living your spirit,
and using your failures to bring you closer to your vision…
Book a call with our team, and start living your vision.
Love and light,
Hattie xo
