We often perceive mindset and goal-setting as two similar things, when they're not. But together, when aligned, can be a powerful tool.
Think of mindset as a filter that you’re turning on and off in your brain. It allows you to take enough information to make better decisions and move towards your vision.
“Is that information something I say as a threat?”
“Or is it something I say is an opportunity?”
“A chance to grow?”
“Is that something I say as a chance to hide?”
You take that information and your mindset determines how you process it.
But even more than that, your mindset determines what your mind spits out from the information it's gathering.
So if you put the wrong filter on, everything turns red.
We all just experienced it when we got locked down. The way our minds interpret the world has changed. Our mindset changed.
The thoughts that we have,
the way that we speak,
the actions that we take
And the way we navigate the whole world?
As for me, I used to be super active.
I used to surf every day, train...
But now I just want to sit in my apartment.
I don’t want to go out, ride my bike.
I don’t want to go to the gym.
But the goal for me is to be an active person.
And as for the hardest worker in the room like you,
it could be to regain your spirit and get back to becoming YOUR vision.
So how do we do that?
That takes a process of transformation and personal mastery – which you will learn in the Sports Model Project.
You will learn through our mindset curriculum, developed by our very own Neuroscientist, Michelle Baty, and our mindfulness program with our dedicated Heart Coach, Billy Telfer, so that you can
→ acknowledge and notice your current experience
→ actively impact your state and consciously make better decisions
→ stay connected to your spirit and move towards your vision
But SMP is not for everyone.
It’s ONLY for the hardest worker in the room.
If you are a good fit? We will be talking next week.
Love and light,
xx The SMP Team
