A lot of girls come to SMP with the goal of competing,
believing that competing is the only thing that’s going to make all the difference
in their fitness journey.
…believing that it takes a show for them
to fully experience and realise their transformation.
That the show will help develop their confidence.
And be able to build the physique they want.
And the performance they want.
But what happens after that?
They thought that was just it.
They thought their transformation would just end there.
But it doesn’t.
What actually happens?
Let’s hear it out from our awesome girl @getjulzfit 🔥
“Hi🙋🏽♀️
A lot of you have been wondering where I’ve been.
Here it is. 18 months of hard work. Not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, internally, thanks to my amazing coach @hattieboydle.
Now this wasn’t my end goal to compete in the @wbff_aust, but I had worked so damn hard to get this far, I used the show as a milestone. As a reward of how much I’ve achieved, but a reminder of how much more I have to go.
Never in a million years did I ever think I’d step on stage, nor post about it. I’ve always kept my progress in the fitness industry to myself as I was scared of seeming “up myself”, or never being happy enough with myself (this I will go deeper into).
But this journey in @the_sportsmodel_project has led me to this, to show my worth of a hard worker and hopefully inspire others who are feeling the same.
This is just the beginning.”
