Sarah is a researcher and next year she is off to do her PHD
she is a smart women and she works super hard.
But when we met Sarah was working too hard,
she was training too much and doing too much of the wrong stuff and she wasn't getting the result she wanted.
Sarah was an amazingly powerful voice in our team.
She realised that there is more to life than feeling bad about herself
and feeling trapped by not eating food and overtraining.
Sarah really immersed herself in the coaching.
She was always on our facebook lives, always checked in on time and was super positive in our private group. Sarah didn't listen to her own bullshit, she wanted to change and she was fully prepared to change the tools that she used.
Most girls really struggle with this.
Even though what they have done in the past hasn't worked they still want to keep using an old method, a old faulty tool that doesn't serve them.
Low calorie diets, excessive training, no rest and pumping heaps of supplements to make up for shitty nutrition or even all of those things at he same time.

The Sports Model Project is only for women who have been following a resistance training program for at least 12 months, unfortunately F45, Yoga or Bootcamps won't have prepared you for this level of intensity.
We also only work with girls who are super coachable, self-sufficient and who are prepared to be the hardest working person in the room.
