What do world champion use to break through the secret barrier?
That invisible force that saps your drive?
Tells you to do it later?
You know that feeling?
You have it both in your busiest and in your most idle days.
You have it when you lack time.
You have it when you had the time yet motivation was not there.
I just want to acknowledge that you are still here trying, pushing against the invisible force trying to keep you small.
What is “it”?
Ever wondered if world champions also felt the same?
“Aren’t world champions just motivated all the time?”
“Or perhaps they face resistance but it’s not as strong as the one we deal with?”
“Or is it that their willpower is just naturally much stronger than most of us?”
How do you crush the resistance?
The greatest people in the world faced the strongest resistance before us.
Like you, they also have downtimes. There are days they hate what they are doing - but they still get their work done.
And that is because they don’t rely on something unreliable.
Their success and power don’t come from motivation.
The secret tool that has helped them break through the walls of resistance?
Organisation sets systems. It gives you clarity with your day-to-day workflow. It gives you a sense of control over the chaos that’s going around in your life. It helps you stay calm and focused on what needs to be done.
Like you, world champions also get stressed (of course, everybody does), which results in demotivation. But the difference is that they have it less because they handle it gracefully through organisation.
If I ask you, what are the common reasons for your stress and demotivation?
It can be:
#1: You’ve got a laundry list of things to do looming over you and it just blows you up.
#2: You know what you want but you don’t know what to do because there is no plan to follow through.
#3: You know what to do but you don’t get what you really want because there is no defined system in place: you do random workouts, random diets, and it doesn’t take you anywhere.
Now you might be thinking,
“But I want flexibility and freedom. Does organisation not make everything so predictable and restricted?”
Answer: Flexibility and freedom come from peace of mind, and peace of mind comes from organisation.
Organisation is a skill, and like any other skill, it can be practiced and refined over time.
But being able to break through the blocks of resistance with grace and live a life of excellence?
