Confidence is a funny thing.
When I was a young fella, I believed:
If I was only more confident,
then I would be able to live a life that I love.
Then I was thinking if I was better looking,
then I’d be more confident.
If I was just a bit cooler,
then I’d be more confident.
If I was a bit more muscly,
then I’d be more confident.
Now I was really fortunate that along the way,
I found out about meditation.
And one of the gifts meditation gave me
was the capacity to love myself
and the world around me more deeply.
And I realised that:
Confidence wasn’t actually what I thought it was.
Confidence was not what I needed.
I just needed to be comfortable…
…in my own skin.
…in myself.
I needed to look at the world through the lens of love.
Rather than through the lens of:
“I’ve got to prove myself to everyone.”
And this was a huge shift for me.
That shift was such a powerful gift to me
that I wanted to share it.
Now I find myself as the Heart Coach
at the Sports Model Project.
And one of the things we do
at the Sports Model Project is:
Help women, just like you,
connect with themselves more deeply.
Connect with themselves MORE wholeheartedly.
So that they’ll learn to love themselves
and live the life that they love.
So that they can let go of the trap of confidence
and step wholeheartedly into their vision.
Would you like to be a part of a community
of resourceful women powerfully supporting one another?
Someone from the team will reach out.
Love and light,
