“Isn’t getting elite body composition all about being the hardest worker in the room?”
The answer is a resounding...
NO.
The vast majority of people who don’t have
elite body composition are working too hard.
They’re doing WAY too much volume,
WAY too many sets,
and WAY too many exercises.
They’re not giving their bodies enough time to recover,
and as a result,
they’re not making the progress they want.
Achieving elite body composition is a lot like growing a tree.
A tree needs the right -
1. Amount of sunlight,
2. Amount of rain,
3. Nutrients,
4. Soil,
5. Environment,
6. Support.
And a tree has to rely on all its parts:
The roots absorb the nutrients and the water from the soil.
The leaves convert sunlight into sugar to produce food.
The trunk serves as a conduit to carry the water and nutrients between the crown and the roots.
And if any of these parts are missing?
The tree will struggle.
Just like a tree,
The human body functions in multiple systems.
Each system is connected - cardiovascular system, nervous system, digestive system, musculoskeletal system…
And if we ignore any of those?
Well… this is why elite body composition isn’t achieved.
See, in order to have an elite physique,
We MUST focus on developing all of our systems.
The cardiovascular system for example, is key for fat loss.
The nervous system is key for muscle growth and strength.
The digestive system is key for nutrient absorption and gut health.
That is why in SMP,
