Being solely outcomes-focussed isn't going to cut it.
Now don't get me wrong,
it's super important to have
a desired goal or outcome in mind.
In fact, it's essential -
How are you supposed to follow a map when you haven’t decided where it's leading you?
However, something we have found
is that a lot of people get so caught up
in the dreaminess of the end goal that they
- jump around aimlessly,
- not opening themselves up to a process
That will actually get them where they want to be.
And I get it,
the outcome is exciting!
If we could snap our fingers and get everything we want,
I'm sure most of us would.
But the reality is,
that just doesn't happen.
We have to work for what we want -
we have to go through a process of transformation.
This is where a growth mindset comes in.
Having a growth mindset means
that we are open to change and transformation.
It's about being willing to try new things,
take risks and uncover new opportunities
for learning and development.
And it's not just about the outcome -
it's about the journey too.
It's about following the process,
even when it's challenging,
and knowing that every step is taking us closer to our goal.
The process isn't "pretty" or "sexy".
It's a long-term journey that challenges you to build habits, put forward your best effort, and be completely honest with yourself.
It's constant revision and practice.
And while the physical transformation will be phenomenal…
It's the internal transformation that will take you beyond your current goals and see you live your vision, every day of your life.
This is what we teach our girls at SMP.
We take them through
a process of transformation and self-mastery
so they can become the vision they have for themselves.
We can take you through that same process.
But only if you're the hardest worker in the room.
It's time to take action.
It's time to live your spirit
and be your vision.
Love and light,
