I’m so sick of hot girls who don't really have to train hard making “fluffy” training programs and then selling them to people who need something else all together.

They are never sweating and they are on their knees doing “butt lifting kick backs”. Its a load of crap and it doesn't work.
No proper weights in sight because they are too scared to tell you the truth. Well maybe they just don't know the truth because they could still do nothing and look amazing. You need to lift weights to get the body you want.

Always posting on Instagram thanking the “Universe” for all the free shit they have been given. You got that free stuff because your really hot. The universe doesn't love you more than anybody else.
So am I a hater?
Nope. I just want you to know the truth. I work for this body. I just work harder than everybody else. I always have and i always will. You can have it to if you do the work.
So am I really just a hater?
Nope. In fact I believe,
I feel and live every day the universal truth: That love is the most important thing in the world.
I just don’t perpetuate the tired bullshit that all you have to do is believe and it will all be provided to you. Lets face it: if your not the hottest girl at most of the parties you go to, its not coming to you free of charge or free of effort.
But
It will come to you if you make a start.
It will come to you if you work.
It will come to you if you keep showing up.
It will come to you if you use the smartest plan
It will come to you if you work with the smartest people.
Then YOU will provide everything you need and want and you wont have to rely on unicorns and rainbows. Do the fucking work and love will set you free, because then YOU will deserve it.
