Top 5 Tips for Eating Out When Tracking Your Food

I think people think I’m a robot!

They think my life is always all about training and training and training.

Which is actually not true.

I am just like you -

- I hang out with my friends
- I go to parties!

I work the hardest when I am at the gym, 
but I am also playful when I’m outside the gym.

But how I eat out is actually pretty simple -

1.) Guesstimating

I don’t carry my scales with me everywhere. 
When I’m eating out, I guesstimate my macros based on the meal I order 
and then don’t stress the rest.

2.) Mimic What You Eat at Home

I choose meals that I cook for myself all the time 
and I let my friends choose what they love (without being influenced).

3.) Lots of Vegetables🌿

Vegetables are high in healthy fibres and nutrients. 
You can’t go wrong with the colour of the rainbow.

4.) Remove distractions

I always try to give my full attention to the aromas and flavours of my meal. 
It slows me down and means I over-eat less. 

And here’s a BONUS tip:

Enjoy your time with friends while eating out.

100% guilt-free.

My number 1 principle around nutrition is -

80% whole food and 
20% soul food.

You don’t have to cut out 
your favourite foods 
or deprive yourself of the meals you enjoy.

In fact, I wouldn’t be able to achieve this level of physique and strength and energy 
if I was too rigid with my diet.

Because for me to be consistent at this level and for this long…

I need to eat out.

I need the enjoyment it brings to my life.

So that when I’m back home, 
I can do what needs to be done.
