“You are what you eat.”
Most people think this means avoiding junk foods.
Which is partly true.
But, a lot of people
take it to the extreme.
You might be one of them?
If you live off of broccoli and chicken breast,
Protein bars, protein powder and supplements…
And you struggle with bingeing or cheating,
Because living off broccoli and chicken breast is depressing.
Then it’s probably a good sign
you’re stuck in this trap.
Let me know if this sounds familiar -
“I’m going to eat properly this time”
You do everything perfectly for a few days.
“I really don’t want to eat chicken again today”
You force yourself to eat chicken again for a few more days before you finally crack…
And eat allllllllll the chocolate.
Oh boy, then the guilt comes in.
You might even go a little more off track.
Finally, you promise yourself “you’ll really stick to it this time”...
Am I right
or am I right?
Here’s the thing you don’t know yet -
You’re stuck in a cycle thinking there’s something wrong with you.
And you’re not wrong -
There’s definitely something wrong…
but it’s not you.
It’s the way that you think about nutrition and diet -
What you think you should eat to get the results that you’re looking for.
So if chicken and broccoli isn’t the best diet, what is?
Keto, paleo, IIFYM, vegan, carnivore -
they all work as long as you make them work.
The BEST diet is the one you can stick to long-term,
Not the one that skips major food groups.
Eating chocolate AND getting Elite Body Composition.
That’s what I do.
That’s what my girls at SMP do.
And that’s what I want to show you how to do.
Because life is too short
for broccoli and chicken every day.
