Results require effort.
That's just a fact.
You can’t just sit back and hope for the best.
You have to put in the work
and be willing to do what it takes to get results.
You want to get strong?
That's going to require you to lift heavier,
You want to be fitter?
Well, you're going to need to perform high intensity interval sessions,
long endurance sessions, metabolic sessions a number of times a week.
Achieving what you want and living your vision
requires you to put in a certain amount of effort.
it would be great if we could snap our fingers
and have everything we want instantaneously -
Just like it would be wonderful
if money grew on trees.
But if you're getting the results
without going through the journey
and the hard work it takes to get there…
Wouldn't the prize be so much less significant?
Putting in that effort,
day after day and week after week,
means you can build a sense of pride
and accomplishment that goes beyond the outcome itself.
It's a sense of pride that you were able to stick with something and see it through, even when it wasn't easy.
That's what commitment looks like.
It's not just about getting results -
it's about putting in the work day after day,
regardless of whether you feel like it or not.
This is what my girls learn at SMP.
We teach them when to push and when to rest, how to plan, how to balance and how to be disciplined - all skills necessary for transformation and self-mastery.
We can teach you too,
but only if you're the hardest worker in the room.
That’s what commitment really is.
Understanding every part of self-mastery and being committed to mastering it all. Not just the gym, but nutrition, rest, mindset and play too.
So, if you're ready to put in the effort required to get the results you deserve,
