What Does a Pro Eat in a Day? (Hint: It’s Not What You Think)

So often I get asked questions like:

Hi Hattie, how do you stay lean all year round?
What’s your diet?
What are your meals like?

People must think I am super restrictive with my food choices.

So to clear things out, here’s your long-awaited answer finally:

The reason why I’m able to stay lean the whole year is that I’m actually quite flexible with my diet.

And I eat a lot! (As you can see lol)

I aim to get a variety of different fats, proteins, veggies and fruits.🥗
For carbs, I tend to stick to rice, bagels, and bread because I enjoy them the most. 🍚🥯🍞
I also eat chocolates, dairy, and sugar. 🍫

I don’t cut out any food groups. 🙂

Because at the end of the day?

All the food that we eat turns into energy.

How can you support your optimal health with lots of macronutrients?
How can you support your soul with the soul food that you just really enjoy eating?
What is the energy requirement to support you, your goals and your needs?

One answer to all these questions?

You need to eat food!
Both nutritious & delicious 🥗🤤

Which is what nutrition should be all about!

The #1 principle I teach my girls in SMP:
