What Does It Take to Build Your Ultimate Physique?

Super high standards?
Training hard constantly in the gym?
Consuming less food than everyone else?

Hearing the word “ultimate” or “elite” 
may sound like everything needs to be intensive, 
laborious,
extreme,
overwhelming.

What if it doesn’t have to be?

As someone who has been an athlete her whole life, 
is a world champion, 
a coach helping thousands of women, 
who have achieved elite body composition, 
got onto stage, fitness shows,

Here’s what it takes to build your ultimate physique:

  1. Technique, technique, technique.

    How you train is crucial.
    The last thing you want is to hurt yourself through poor technique.
  1. Progressive overload.

    Want to level up your training results?
    Progression over time is key.
  1. Eating 2x the calories (around 2500) than everyone else.

    Food, after all, is fuel that drives performance.
    Around 50% of clients that come to us require more food. Approx 30% stay the same but need a different macro profile. Only around 20% need less food.
  1. Nourish your body primarily with whole food.

    80% whole food, 20% soul food.
    You don’t need to be perfect with your nutrition. 80% is more than good enough to see results over the long term.
  1. Periodisation

    Plan out ahead your hard days AND your rest days.
    Planning your training is a critical component to long-term success for aesthetics and strength.
    The overall goal of periodisation is to make sure EACH of your muscles get the attention it deserves.
  1. Time

    Rome wasn’t built in a day. But the journey doesn’t have to be overwhelming. 
    Rather, be there for the journey, and fall in love with the process. 
    Until building your ultimate physique becomes a part of your system. 
    Until achieving excellence becomes your lifestyle.
