If you have been following SMP for a while now, you’ll notice we often say:
SMP is a process of transformation and personal mastery.
SMP is a community of resourceful women powerfully supporting one another.
But what is SMP really all about?
Isn’t it a training program?
But why does it also often talk about mindset?
Who is it for?
Isn’t it for competitors only?
For sports models?
I could not explain it better than our girls themselves, who have found not only success but also a sense of fulfilment with SMP.
SMP Client, Chelsey Parkinson really hit the nail on the head:
“I wanted to work in SMP because I think when you have really big goals,
especially ones that scare you or that you have accomplished before
that you work with people who have
and people who resonate with the way they go about it.
And so, was SMP for me?
The mind is the first thing that we work on in an SMP.
I’m a leadership and performance coach so my mind is my whole work.
SMP don't leave the mind out of anything and I love that.
So what was really important to me about SMP?
SMP is not just a training program.
It’s not just training your glutes, or your abs.
It’s about training your whole self
to be consistent and dedicated to a habit that you are driven by,
that you resonate with,
that you’re excited by,
that you’re scared by.
It was the holistic approach.”

They are athletes, competitors, business women.
They are also mums, with 2 kids, a 9-5 job.
Some work in the military, in mines, on the farm…
