A lot of girls say:
“I want to do a building phase!”
“I want to do a comp prep!”
“I want to get on a show!”
But they’re still not getting to where they want to be.
And it’s not that they are not working hard enough.
In fact, most of these girls work harder than everybody else.
They are always looking ahead and not tuning into where they are at the moment.
Of course, having some BIG vision is great (but that’s just the first step).
But for you to move ahead and make sure you are heading in the right direction and getting to your desired destination?
You have to reflect on where you are right now.
What is your starting point?
What are you starting with?
What’s your roadmap going to be like?
How are you going to get “there”?
And that’s what we do in SMP.
We first assess where you are.
Just like building house:
Before laying the concrete slab, we need to make sure the surface where you build the house is level and is stable enough to support what’s coming next.
Same goes with the body:
Are your joints stable enough to squat or do a deadlift?
Maybe you got more ankle mobility on one side?
Are your shoulders flexible enough?
Are you structurally balanced?
And once we get a clear understanding of what your current foundation looks like…
You get what you need first so that you can sustainably build to what you want.
And that takes a process of transformation and personal mastery called the Sports Model Project.
