Why are you training like a robot?

Being the hardest worker in the room requires 
intense discipline, 
intense training,
All the time.

Doesn’t it?

Well, that doesn’t sound human.

In fact…

That’s the best way to sabotage your results.

  1. You’re not allowing your body to recover.

    If you’re training every day, you’re not really getting gains.

    You’re just getting exhausted and not allowing your body space to create new tissue. 
  1. Training isn’t where your body changes.

    Over-focusing on training is the reason why you’re stuck.

    You need a structured program to make sure the stimulus of your training matches the overload your well-conditioned body now needs to induce change.

    That is why you also need…
  1. Rest.

    If you’re training hard, you need 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night in bed.

    Otherwise?

    Your movement patterns don’t improve,
    Your performance declines,
    And you might still get stronger but you will get stronger much more slowly.

Now, this can be hard if you are a high performer with high standards and taking quality rest is almost impossible.

But the good news is that

You don’t even need to figure this out on your own.
