Before I became world champion.
I was putting in a mountain of work.
In fact, too much work.
I had a vision: Become world champion
I had a problem: I was one of many who wanted the same title.
How did I make sure that vision became a reality, in the face of huge adversity and a dozen other women who were just as beautiful and driven as me?
I. Got. Organised.
Here’s what I mean -
I don't plan what I’m eating for lunch while I’m standing in the lunch line at a food court or restaurant. I’ve planned it to a tee before I even leave the house.
This is an optimal format to organise your time for body composition and recovery.
It gives you the order of priority for different types of training based on how much time you have each week.
The hardest work is knowing when to rest and play.
Now the problem is:

Or at least part of that…
Only it’s not working.
And I felt that too when I didn’t have a support network.
That is why I created the SMP.
