Society glorifies #hustleculture.
Train, train, and train
Work, work, and work.
And take pride in your “productive” and “healthy” lifestyle.
But if you ask me:
Are they really productive?
Are they really healthy?
The answer is: nope.
How do I know?
Well, that’s because I used to be one of those people,
and I work with those people.
Our high-performing girls at SMP…
They used to be in that loop too.
So here’s the thing:
We, you, and I are often told that constant hustling is the key to success.
That you should push yourself to the limit every time.
Push through your physical limits.
Push through ALL the signs that your body is giving you.
Push through even when your body is SCREAMING at you the whole time.
And we just don’t listen.
‘cause why would we, right?
We are high achievers!
We are high performers!
Our standards are high!
And it feels like resting is not allowed.
And that’s where we went wrong…
are NOT a robot.
If you concentrate on punishing yourself and “pushing through” and continually ignore what your body needs?
Sooner or later,
you’ll pay the price.
It is challenging –
To acknowledge that rest is as important.
To even find the time to rest.
Especially when you do it all,
and there’s so much on your plate.
And as a pro athlete, a businesswoman, and a coach myself, I felt that too.
You’re not alone.
That is why I created the SMP.
It’s a process of transformation and personal mastery set in a tribe of high-performing, resourceful women powerfully supporting one another.
Where you will be guided by our team of dedicated coaches so you can learn to
→ train like a beast,
→ rest like a champion,
→ enjoy high-level performance constantly,
→ achieve and maintain elite body composition.
And best of all,
live a life of grace and joy, too.
But it’s not for everyone.
SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room (who recognises that the hardest work is knowing when to rest and play).
If you’re a good fit, we will be talking next week.
