Why I Don’t Do Clean Eating

No doubt you are a clean eater….. until your not.

Then you feel guilty after a little while and all of a sudden your back to being a clean eater….. until your not and you feel guilty again.

Sounds like a great way to not get results with your physique or training, though you are at the at the first stage of a disordered eating pattern.

So I don’t do clean eating because I like having the number one physique in the world and I don’t want to have an eating disorder.

I also like eating food I enjoy all year round and having energy for my workouts.

Most people start an exercise program because they feel bad about something.

“I have never liked the way I look In bikini”

“I hate my stomach”

“People at school bullied me for being fat and I’m sick of feeling like that person”

“I just wish I had a nice bum”

“I hate the way my arms look”

“I want to have some sexy time with the light on”

When you start from a negative place you feel like the only way to fix your horrible problem is with drastic action.

If you’re feeling this horrible about something it must take drastic action to fix.

Exercise that makes you want to vomit and nutrition where you cut out everything “BAD” plus a lifestyle that stops you doing everything that you like HAS to be the solution.

After all, it worked that one time for six weeks. Logically all you need to do is more of the same only harder and for the rest of your life.

But taking a deep dive into a shallow pool of starving yourself and excessive sweaty exercise will not get you what you want.

You have already tried that and it hasn’t worked.

It hasn’t worked because you are a person with a job and life who likes to eat tasty food and have a drink. (I’m assuming that you’re not a monk)

I know It’s really hard to believe that amazing results just come from consistency over the medium term, but I have worked with thousands of women to get to the next level and for pretty much everybody some simple rules apply.

If you can:

  • Exercise 3-5 times per week for 45-60 minutes
  • Increase your output in every training session
  • Eat the right amount of carbs, fat and fiber each day
  • Drink water
  • Average 8.5 hours of sleep a night per week.

You will transform your body in six months.

If the idea of doing something for six months with consistency is too much for you that's the real root of your problem not what your eating or doing for exercise.

If the idea of working steadily for six months and then finally getting what you wants really excites you then you might be the right person for
The Sports Model Project.

It’s my high-level coaching program where I teach you how to transform your body for life. I cover training, how to eat and how to completely upgrade your mindset.

I only work with a limited amount of people who are super serious and my coaching program is more expensive than working with the best trainer at your gym.

It's also only for girls who have been training hard with weights for more than 18 months,

If your serious and want to go to the next level click this link and fill out the questionnaire with as much detail as possible. If you're the right fit for my program you can expect a call in the next 48 hours.
