Years between 2011 and 2016, I was at the peak of my pro fitness journey.
It was the busiest time of my life. Almost every year, I only did two things: comp prep and being on stage. I won titles from most of the comps I joined, both national and international, until 2016, I finally earned my crown as WBFF Pro Champion.
And with all these achievements, if you were me, you’d think there’s nothing I should not be satisfied with - I’ve got everything everyone could wish for.
But no.
It was quite a sad time for me.
And you must have felt the same with where you are now - it doesn’t matter if you are still on your way to becoming pro or getting into your first bodybuilding competition or you’re just working towards having the body that you want.
I was at my peak, yet I didn’t feel fulfilled either.
The reason?
I kept climbing the mountain wanting to go higher and reach the top, but when I got there, it was empty. It was hollow. Or maybe it was everything I wanted but there was just a hole in my soul.
And that’s how I robbed myself out of my success.
Because if you can't acknowledge the small wins, what's the point?
You worked hard to be where you are now. There was a time in your life when you were still wishing to get to this point. Yet now, you’re living in it.
So, learn to sit in the space of acknowledgment, recognise what you have done now, and you will BE more.
And that’s the taste of success you will achieve and experience as you go through the process of transformation and personal mastery in the Sports Model Project.
You will get access to the tools and resources you need to support you on your ongoing and never-ending growth.
You will learn how to master self-reflection and appreciate your present moment through the best practices of meditation and mindfulness.
But it’s not for everyone.
SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room.
