Nobody owes you anything.
Nothing in this life is guaranteed other than death.
Life is not fair.
But most people I speak to want a guarantee.
They want to know that it will take three months for them to be radically transformed.
Thats why second rate coaches are offering you
"Guaranteed results or your money back"
"6 week body transformation"
"28 day cleanse"
They aren't strong enough to tell you a simple truth.
Not only will you not get the result (you really want) in three months,
you may never get what you want
even if you do the work.
There are no guarantees.
So want happens when you don't get what you want?
Whats happens if you train for a year and you don't get the result you wanted?
What happens if your the loser?
You finish last?
You tell yourself a story about what just happened.
You bitch about the other competitors.
You complain about the competition, the judges, the rules.
You tell yourselves about how busy you were.
For some of us it re-enforces a story we have been telling ourselves our`whole life.
"I'm not good enough"
and then we quit.
Maybe you have quit because you can't handle having your ego being crushed by "defeat"
After all this time, saving up your effort you finally comitted and you didn't win
Maybe you have quit because losing confirmed your story
the story that you aren't enough
and strangely you're happy to be off the hook
because now you don't have to try any more.
But both beliefs are predicated on something completely false.
That finally after all this time,
after you bought in and did all that hard work
after you tried your hardest,
after you give it your all
That you deserve something at the end.
You don't.
The world doesn't owe you anything.
Not love
not happiness
not a job
not abs
not success
not a trophy.
Nothing.
You are owed nothing
I have coached hundreds of women to success.
At the end of our time together they are transformed.
Unfortunately results and the speed at which they come are not related to worthiness.
Some of the women who work the hardest get the slowest results.
Some lucky girls will radically transform with a small amount of effort and time.
It's not fair
and even though we strive to build a fair and just world
there in no fairness when we strive for greatness.
there is only three things
Success
striving
and quitting
The only true guarantee of success is not quitting before you get there.
So this weekend a whole heap of my amazing mega babes are going to rock it on the WBFF stage.
They deserve it.
They started even though there was no guarantee
My girls have done the work.
they kept going
even though it looked like a couple of them weren't going to make it.
Still they pushed on.
My warriors hidden in the bodies of goddesses.
Now they approach their final battle
with only themselves
their team mates in The Sports Model Project
(and me) to rely on.
and I salute them.
But I want to pay tribute to some of my other girls who aren't competing.
My girls who picked up their burden
and are still moving inexorably towards success,
with no guarantee other than that if they never quit,
they will get there.
So I salute
Tash Djurkovikc and Laura Armenian (leaders)
Kate Purtle (persistence is actually paying off)
Lucia (tough women, lives with joy inspirational)
Rebecca Borj (tough, does not quit, does not stop)
Sharry (injured but lost 2.5kg fat and growing stronger)
Emma Gillies (Injured, tough fought through pain and wise)
Renee (patient and consistent first, now getting awesome results)
Bec Neil (growing building and learning)
I love strong women who fight even though its hard.
I love strong women who fight even though they doubt
I love strong women who celebrate the triumphs of their team mates
even though they pine for the same victory for themselves
I love strong women who are still striving
because, and here's the big secret
Success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal.
Success doesn't spring from winning
SUCCESS IS STRIVING.
Love and light
Hattie
