You've been working hard for years,
but the fruits of your labor don't correspond to the amount of effort you've invested.
That little voice says
“I should have achieved more by now!”,
That feeling is eating away at you.
Not just at you. At the joy of training and getting better.
Because when you stepped into this journey, you came with the aim to grow.
You planted a tree with the intention of nurturing it until it gave you fruit.
You knew you wanted to be more than someone who
“Just trains hard in the gym.”
You came to win.
But it's been years and that tree that you planted at the start of your journey?
It has grown, but where is the fruit?
You see it with other girls right?
Well, you see,
through all your hard work and efforts,
there's one thing you've been missing…
This term is simple in theory.
Everybody knows the term and thinks they are doing it but….
It’s the one thing I see 90% experienced competitors and trainers getting wrong
AND what nearly every girl who is at the start of their journey is not nailing.
Nope they are nailing effort and time in the gym
but not the one thing that actually makes them grow.
What does that cost you?
Let’s think of it this way:
In order for your body to adapt and grow,
you must progressively overload it by doing more than it's used to.
That means increasing your reps, frequency, volume, or weight to increase your muscle gains, strength, and endurance over time.
So what does not doing this cost you?
It costs you years of below average results.
It means that you don’t go to the next level in strength or condition.
It means that little voice that says
“I should have achieved more by now!
Ends up being right.
Because while it's great to exercise regularly,
If you really want to start seeing fruit on your tree,
you've gotta give it a little fertilizer.
But the good news is…
We have developed the perfect fertilizer.
I have taken everything I learned in my journey to becoming a WBFF pro,
and created a process of transformation and personal mastery.
You will learn high performance habits in
→ How to train and continually progress
→ How to eat food you enjoy AND have muscle and low body fat
→ How to attain Elite body composition
→ How to have High-standards and Self-compassion
