You are working so hard…. Here’s how to make it bear fruit. (The 1 Thing You’re Missing)

You've been working hard for years,
but the fruits of your labor don't correspond to the amount of effort you've invested.

This term is simple in theory.
Everybody knows the term and thinks they are doing it but….

It’s the one thing I see 90% experienced competitors and trainers getting wrong
AND what nearly every girl who is at the start of their journey is not nailing.

Nope they are nailing effort and time in the gym
but not the one thing that actually makes them grow.

What does that cost you?

Let’s think of it this way:

In order for your body to adapt and grow, 
you must progressively overload it by doing more than it's used to.

That means increasing your reps, frequency, volume, or weight to increase your muscle gains, strength, and endurance over time.

So what does not doing this cost you?

It costs you years of below average results.
It means that you don’t go to the next level in strength or condition.

It means that little voice that says 
“I should have achieved more by now!

Ends up being right. 

Because while it's great to exercise regularly,

If you really want to start seeing fruit on your tree,
