You have this plan of building your dream house.
After years of hard work,
you’ve finally got the resources you need to make it happen.
So now you have the land.
The construction starts.
And ta-da -
Here’s your dream house!
In the beginning,
everything seems to be fantastic.
Until… you start seeing some problems.
You see some cracks in the wall,
in the tiles, in the windows.
Until the house that you worked hard for,
for so long day in and out…
Starts to collapse around you.
Because it turns out that the foundation of your house was laid incorrectly on soil that couldn’t handle the load that was put on it.
Hurts like hell,
So what has this got to do with you?
Well, a lot of women come to SMP wanting to:
1) Go straight into prep.
2) Achieve a godly physique.
Which is great and amazing!
And they have been doing all the work almost every day consistently for a while now.
But guess what?
They’re still not getting what they want.
Some get the opposite of what they expected.
So how does this connect to the dream house story?

Aka the phase before the building phase.
The prep before the prep.
So how do we check our foundations?
You first look at your structure and figure out where you’re dominant and where your energy leaks are.
Are your joints stable enough?
Are your shoulders flexible enough?
Do you have the building blocks to handle a BIG build phase with strength sessions?
Is your body even ready for prep?
Because everyone has different foundations.
Differing levels of skills & experience.
Each one of us has different starting points.
And by only recognising these, you can reach the maximum of your potential and get to where you want to be sustainably.
