You're Doing Everything “Right”.

But nothing is really happening.

…and that was ok for a while. You just got a buzz off of training and being a little more disciplined.

In your heart you believed your virtue would be rewarded by results.
But it hasn’t happened and your heart is sinking.

Your thoughts are pure

But your results are nonexistent.

So what’s going wrong?

I’ll cut right to the chase.

  1. You’re not eating enough, yes even if you are trying to lose body fat.
  2. You’re not training hard enough, yes even if your hot sweaty and exhausted after your sessions.
  3. You're stressing all the wrong details and not focusing on what is important.
  4. You're training too much.
  5. You're too hard on yourself and all of that negative self-talk is reflected in how tough it is for you to lose body fat.

Fixing these 5 things will get you the body want,
it will mean that you eat food you like, have time for your relationships
and it means you will be happy. 🙂
